Hubby Update: What A Difference a Week Makes!
So a week ago I posted this blog about my hubby’s pain issues and the surgeries that were scheduled for next week. We had, quite literally, no idea what we were walking into. That’s some scary stuff. Looking back at all we’ve been through this week, it still awes me how much we didn’t know. I meant to update Friday evening. And then again on Saturday. Not too long ago while I was working on a client’s business, I encountered a situation that made me wonder what forgiveness is. I know that it is choosing to let go when you can hold on. Sometimes it might be releasing a debt that someone owes you. I get that part. But what does it look like in action? Here’s an example to explain what I mean. My 9/11 story
Tomorrow, everyone will be talking about 9/11. And that’s as it should be. September 11, 2001 changed the landscape of the United States forever. Thousands of people lost their lives in just a few hours time on American soil. Not since Pearl Harbor had that happened. And now, 15 years later, a younger generation is coming up that doesn’t remember the world before 9/11. I thought it was a good time to share.
