Roma Downey and Mark Burnett’s SON OF GOD: The Trailer
Roma Downey and Mark Burnett pulled of a feat in Hollywood last year with their amazing miniseries, The Bible. Now they’re back with a follow up (yes, a follow up) in SON OF GOD, releasing February 28, 2013. It’s the story of the life of Christ, from his humble birth, through his teachings, crucifixion and ultimately, his resurrection – and it looks fabulous! With all the time, effort and love they poured into the miniseries, it appears that they’ve done it again and I can’t wait! Here’s an exclusive trailer: http://gma.yahoo.com/video/exclusive-first-look-son-god-114908407.html?format=embed&player_autoplay=false What do you think? Are you looking forward to it?

TV Show Review: Church Rescue
Church Rescue on NatGeo Monday Nights 10:00 p.m. Makeover shows are hot. My family loves to watch pretty much any sort of makeover show they can. We’ve watched personal makeovers, home makeovers, business makeovers and restaurant makeovers. The possibilities are endless. We’ve seen people battle those trying to help them and those who make a 180 degree turnaround and achieve great success. Turns out that for a lot of people, all they need is a little encouragement in the correct direction. When I was asked to check out a new show on NatGeo called Church Rescue, I’ll admit to being hesitant. See, I’m a Christian and the media right now…

Hollywood’s New Noah
In the past year or so, Hollywood has developed a new fascination with Biblical tales and adventures. The Bible Miniseries kicked open the gates on new incarnations of classic tales. Looking to the scriptures for inspiration is not really new. From the Left Behind series that’s based on the book of Revelation all the way to the prophets and kings, the Bible’s been made into a lot of films. Even though it all comes from the same source material, the quality and storytelling varies greatly. The most current production that’s in the front of everyone’s mind is Noah with Russell Crowe. Slated to open in 2014, this star studded feature…

Nicknamed Stick Woman, Adda cannot stand the woman and will do just about anything to one up her whenever she can. When Adda develops a nasty case of writer’s block, she’s in danger of missing deadlines and needing to extend further than she ever has before. She just doesn’t know what to do! So when…
