Kanye West: I’m a servant of God

    October 29, 2019 / No Comments

Never do I ever remember an artist causing this kind of stir before. I've been working in radio through artists having affairs, getting divorced, coming out...but never anything like this. This morning alone I saw three separate radio stations that I have done business with each put out a manager's statement on why they were or were not choosing to play his music. Wow. Really?

    My 9/11 story

    September 10, 2016 / 4 Comments

Tomorrow, everyone will be talking about 9/11. And that’s as it should be. September 11, 2001 changed the landscape of the United States forever. Thousands of people lost their lives in just a few hours time on American soil. Not since Pearl Harbor had that happened. And now, 15 years later, a younger generation is coming up that doesn’t remember the world before 9/11. I thought it was a good time to share. The morning of September 11, 2001, I was pregnant with my second child and still working on settling into our new location.  I was a military spouse, freshly moved to New Jersey. I had no friends in…

    So what’s next?

    October 14, 2014 / No Comments

That’s the question I keep hearing these days. I finished radiation and chemo in early September and let me tell you, they took it out of me. I felt miserable. Honestly, it wasn’t the chemo that was so bad for me. It was the radiation. (Every doctor kept blaming the other thing – that was somewhat funny.) I ended up in the hospital over Labor Day weekend because of the side effects of radiation. I couldn’t quit vomiting. I hurt. I coudn’t breathe well. I was miserable. My time in the hospital was a definite mix of good and bad. I won’t go over the bad any further than to…

    The Year of Open Doors

    January 15, 2014 /

According to the Jewish calendar, this is the year 5774 and it’s considered the year of the open door. Though the Jewish year started in September with Rosh Hashana, things have begun a dramatic upswing for me since January. First, I’m working on a screenplay. I can’t say a great deal about it but I can say that it’s already got a tentative start date for production – so that’s exciting! Next, my business has expanded enough to add my husband to the staff. So now instead of my marketing company, it’s a family venture. This has opened up incredible doors for the business to expand all the way around.…
