My Thoughts on The Shack
Unless you have been under a rock, you’ve likely heard about the movie, The Shack. Open confession here: I haven’t read the book. That usually makes most people gasp and freak out when I say it. Anyone interested in recipes?
A few years ago, I learned a tremendous amount about prepping meals ahead of time and freezing them. It really saved me a lot of time and money. When I get a job, we tend to eat out because it’s harder to keep up when I’m so busy. So having those recipes on tap is important for us. I also learned that I am unable to do the all day marathon prep sessions. One day I spent something like 14 hours prepping meals that ended up lasting me for almost 8 weeks. Some thoughts on the #Oscars…
As many of you know, I work in the entertainment industry. For about 12 years, I’ve been blessed to work with everything from television networks to small indie films and box office powerhouses. I don’t claim to know everything, understand everything or even come close to being at the level of the people honored last night by the Academy.
